Our Story
How We Started
The Mission Church started with a simple conviction: the church isn't a building — it's a people on a mission. We began as a small group gathering in Northern Virginia, convinced that God was calling us to plant a church that would love its neighbors well.
We're a non-denominational church where people from every background and season of life come together to worship, grow, and serve. We believe the gospel changes everything — how we treat our neighbors, how we raise our families, and how we show up in our city. Every week we gather to be transformed, and then we go out to be the hands and feet of Jesus in the DMV and beyond.
We're still young, still growing, and still being built — and that's part of the invitation. There's room here to belong from the beginning.
